ABOUT ORDERING

Thank you for placing your order with us.  It is our pleasure to do our very best to make you a satisfied customer.  In reference to the order that you have..or may be thinking of placing with us we would like to inform you of the following general information and company policies.  

Give us a call before ordering if you have a question if the fabric that you are thinking of ordering is right for your project we may be able to help.. We have Fabric experts in house that can assist you. 

SPECIAL NEEDS AND QUANTITIES

We are here to be of service.

Please contact us if you have any special requirements from custom designed fabrics to special quantity.  

Designers we are here to help you put together a unique product for your creations minimum quantities do apply.

WHEN YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment Accepted by PAYPAL on ALL orders. 

Some sites May have other methods of payments available to you please check site for what applies.

Payment is due at time of order via PayPal If there is a reason or a delay please let us know so that we can make arrangements with you or be of assistance. 

We fully understand  that sometimes we all need a little assistance… and leniency.

SHIPPING TIME

Handling time is 1 to 3 workdays after payment. 

We ship standard ground or best way possible. Priority or Expedited shipping is available  for additional fees.  

Our normal out the door time is 1 to 2 days but because of fluxes in order quantity we receive we reserve the right for a 3 day out the door. 

Please keep in mind we do not have carrier pick up on weekends and holidays.  We do not ship on US National Holidays or holidays observed by the USPS. Our normal pick up time is from 4:00 pm.


OUR CUTS

 We want to make sure that they are accurate so we add a little extra to every one to make sure you have that extra little bit more.

We sell fabrics by the yard please let us know if you have a special request it would be our pleasure to assist you by placing a special or customizing an existing listing just for you. 

We custome cut for your order.

PACKAGING

Handling time is 1 to 3 workdays after payment. We ship standard ground or best way possible. 

Priority or Expedited shipping is available  for additional fees.  

Large quantity order are shipped together in one package if possible 

 If you purchase multiple types of items that require specialize or different packaging combined shipping may not be possible to  insure the best result in product care during transportation.

If you require special handling in any way please make a note to us in the area

PHOTOS

We use a professional Photographer to get the photos as close to the real product as possible... We have learned that each monitor and / or Device seem to read the colors a bit differently... Please also pay attention to our description area as we may have made some notes on it for your information..If an exact color is needed… Please order a sample we are happy to send one out to you.

RETURN POLICY

SHOULD YOU HAVE A PROBLEM

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

RETURN POLICY:

All Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. 
We only accept returns for Manufacture Flaws or Shipping damage ONLY

Please count and check goods immediately...
Photos will be required for authentication of damage for authorization of return…

We do not accept returns for the following reasons do to the fact that every order is custom cut…  additional conditions may apply.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR

Not the color that you expected
We use a professional photographer and get the photos as close to representing the colors and textures as we can If an exact color is needed… Please order a sample we are happy to send one out to you

Does not work for your intended use
We are not responsible if the product you order is not appropriate for your intended use…  We have Fabric experts in house that can assist you in determining if the fabric that you are ordering will work for your intended purpose… Yo

REFUSED PACKAGES

Refused packages do not automatically insure refund please if there is a reason for you to refuse your package contact us first so we can set up appropriate channels to consider your reshipment or refund if we can work it out… all shipping charges are paid by the buyer…
If the item does not fall into the accepted terms of return a 20% restocking fee is applied to td against the original item sale price as well as all shipping charges to be paid by the customer…

WE DO UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN

THERE SHALL BE NO ALLOWANCES, DEDUCTIONS. RETURNS OR CLAIMS accepted after 30 DAYS of receipt of good. This is determined by the date of the tracking number delivery date.

REFUNDS

Refunds are given between 7 and 14 working days from the return of the fabric...

After the item has been received back and cleared through quality control and deemed to be in original condition it will be refunded to your accout that it was paid through.
